Who are we?

Conversant Europe Limited, an entity part of the Publicis Groupe and whose registered office is at 1st Floor, 2 Television Centre, 101 Wood Lane, W127FR London ('Epsilon', 'We' or 'Us'). This means Epsilon is responsible for the protection of your Personal Data on the GSK PeopleCloud Performance Report or Media Investment Tracker website and its associated platform (the 'Website').

How is your data used and on which basis?

We process your GSK single sign-on ('SSO') username and e-mail address to authenticate you, this processing is necessary to provide you with simple and secure access to the Website. This information is directly passed onto us by GSK's SSO system. If you do not want us to process this data you should not use GSK PeopleCloud Performance Report or Media Investment Tracker and its associated platform. We may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a Google Analytics tracker if you provided your consent for this. This tracker will be stored on the hard drive of your computer. This enables us to estimate our visitor audience size, understand how you individually use the Website and how we may improve your navigation and our service in general.

As part of the improvement of the Website and adoption plan, we may have access to any data GSK has on record for you, in relation to your office location, job title, capability and other similar employment related information. We may also collect limited information about your computer, including operating system and browser type, for system administration and operation of the Website. If we do, this will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest to ensure the service we provide is operated correctly and securely.

With whom is your personal data shared?

Your Personal Data is shared with our internal People Cloud teams, our IT support and security teams as well as any relevant service provider, but only to the extent required to meet the purposes described above. Role based permissions allow us to ensure that only authorized persons access your Personal Data.

Where is my personal data transferred?

Your Personal Data may be accessed by our employees working in other countries to the one you are based in. We will always ensure data transfers comply with applicable legal requirements, and any such transfer will be covered by our intra-group global data transfer agreement where relevant.

How long is my personal data stored for?

We will continue to store the Personal Data necessary to access the Website for the amount of time necessary to provide you with that access. You can notify us that you no longer need the access and want us to delete your data at any point.

We refresh cookies every 13 months to ensure we have up-to-date information about your choices.

Where can I get more information?

You have the right to access, rectify, request deletion or restrict our processing of your data. You may also lodge a complaint with your local privacy authority if you think our processing is unfair or does not comply with the law in another way.
